The Shoalwater Tech Pants are so popular Howler Bros. had to create shorts using the same sweet features and technology! Like their long-legged brethren, these shorts are designed to take you to places wet and dry. They constructed them with the same 4-way stretch nylon/spandex blend, drawcord waistband and bungee closure, but added an extra zipper pocket at the side seam and front to hold all the good stuff.
